Biolevate, a Paris-based AI and life sciences startup, is seeking a product designer to own the end-to-end design of our AI Knowledge Platform. You will frame problems, ship interfaces, and partner with PMs, engineers, and the AI team to turn complex challenges into clear product decisions.

You’ll engage with life sciences users to validate workflows and design for data-heavy processes, balancing autonomy with collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Want to boost your career at the intersection of AI, science and industry?

You'll be joining a team that already includes 2 Product Designers and 1 Product Manager, soon growing to 2 PMs, and you'll take end-to-end ownership of product design for our AI Knowledge Platform, from framing the problem to shipping the interface. Day to day, this means:

• Owning the design of features end-to-end, from early problem framing and exploration through to polished, shipped UI.
• Partnering daily with product managers, engineers, and our AI team to turn ambiguous, technical problems into clear, usable product decisions.
• Talking directly with our life sciences and pharma users, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance teams, to understand their workflows and validate what you're building.
• Designing for complex, data-heavy workflows, and turning dense scientific and regulatory documents and processes into interfaces that are clear and easy to act on.

This is a role with meaningful autonomy and product ownership, not a junior, execution-only seat. You'll help shape what we build, not just how it looks, on subjects that are innovative and often push you into user experience and interface territory that hasn't been mapped out yet.

• You're comfortable owning ambiguous, product-level problems rather than executing detailed specs, and you can bring structure to an unclear brief on your own.
• You have strong product sensibility: you think in terms of user problems and business impact, not just screens.
• You're creative and drawn to unsolved problems, and you're willing to explore.
• You move fast and adapt easily. As a startup, we sometimes change direction from one day to the next, and that suits you.
• You're based in Paris, France.

You might thrive in this role if you have

• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, including features involving model outputs, uncertainty, or human-AI collaboration.
• A background in complex B2B or enterprise software rather than purely consumer products.
• Experience taking a product or design practice from 0 to 1 at a startup.
• Exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated, compliance-heavy industries.
