Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Principal (Data Strategist) to define enterprise data strategies and drive transformation for clients worldwide from Paris. You will lead data- and AI-driven engagements, shape governance, and align architecture with business goals.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to activate data-driven and AI-powered solutions, ensuring value realization across industries.

Qualifications

• Strong data and AI knowledge, able to translate client requirements into data strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience in at least one industry with data/AI value realization (retail, financial services, healthcare, media, manufacturing).
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to distill complex data concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of data- and AI-driven program approaches across teams.
• Provide strategic direction on data and AI thought leadership.
• Drive adoption of data-driven platforms and solutions in client initiatives.
• Support business pitches and prototyping work.
