ADP France is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to translate customer needs into the France product and service portfolio. You will support the France Sales team through the sales process and guide clients from proof of concept to implementation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years experience in HRIS/Payroll, deep HR technology knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and English fluency; domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll.
• Expertise in HRIS architectures and technologies and comprehensive HR/Payroll activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; multilingual can be an advantage.
• Informative, well-organized presentations.
• Know-how in communicating difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Team player with client advisory capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, skills, and techniques.
• Aptitude to ensure timely delivery of critical information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Understanding and aligning Customer needs with the ADP France portfolio.
• Communicating at different audiences and tailoring content to meet needs.
• Assisting in HR transformation discussions and performing business case analyses.
• Delivering expertise on Payroll & HR Services, including governance and implementation services.
• Performing demos and participating in marketing events.
• Answering RFIs/RFPs and coordinating responses.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to demonstrate value.
• Working with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Services.
• Staying up to date with product developments and traveling to client meetings.
• Contributing to updating the demo platform.
