ADP is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant in Nanterre, France, to align customer needs with France Product and Service offerings. You will support the France Sales team through the sales process and guide customers through PoC and transition to Implementation & Service teams.

Develop effective sales strategies with the France Sales force and analyze competitive actions in the market. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll, deep HRIS architectures knowledge, and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll.
Expertise in understanding HRIS architectures and technologies and comprehensive HR and Payroll activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; multilingual can be an advantage.
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Aptitude to be a client advisor and collaborate with teams.

Responsabilités

Understand customer needs and align with the ADP France portfolio.
Communicate at different audiences’ levels and tailor content accordingly.
Assist in HR transformation discussions with prospects and perform business case analyses.
Deliver expertise on Payroll & HR Services, including governance and implementation.
Perform demos and participate in Marketing events.
