BIC is accelerating its long-term transformation to operationalize sustainable development across its categories. We seek a Senior Manager, PMO Sustainable Development, New Business & Lobbying to bring structure and pace to a strategic agenda that spans Lighter circularity and multiple product lines.

The role requires shaping governance, advancing pilots to deployment, and translating learnings into category roadmaps, with strong stakeholder management and incident resolution for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in PMO/Transformation, project or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrix, international setting.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems, influence without authority, and deliver tangible outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Structure and animate the Sustainable Development transformation roadmap.
• Accelerate and stabilize the Lighter circularity roadmap.
• Adapt circularity learnings across Stationery, Shavers and Brushes.
• Influence and mobilize without direct authority across many stakeholders.
• Bring new ideas, benchmark, and drive faster execution.
• Support value creation and business model thinking and coordination for new business and lobbying.
