Job summary

Fabriq is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own and shape the infrastructure behind the platform used at 600+ industrial sites across 43 countries. You will thrive in a DevOps/SRE culture, coding infrastructure as code and enabling automated deployment, scaling, and observability.

You will lead major projects end to end, ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency, and drive architectural choices with the team. remote-friendly with a Paris office presence.

Qualifications

• Typical 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up, owning projects end to end and thriving with ambiguity.
• Technologist at heart: you follow the ecosystem and love mastering new technologies.
• Proactive communication: you speak up and share your opinion and commit to the team.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate infrastructure on AWS through automation and infrastructure-as-code.
• Extend GitOps to the full stack and enable end-to-end testing for PRs.
• Prepare the cloud to run AI agents in production within 12 months.
• Drive operational excellence: reliability, security, performance and cost control.
• Own production topics end to end and mentor others in best practices.
