DATA4 is seeking a Planning Manager to schedule large-scale data center projects across Europe, reporting to the Corporate Construction Planning Manager. You will lead planning efforts, manage resources, and define scheduling processes for the Group.

The role requires 7–12 years of planning experience, mastery of Primavera P6, and strong communication in English. Based in Europe with heavy coordination across sites, from Marcoussis to other campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in planning engineering or equivalent; long and relevant work experience acceptable.
• 7–12 years of planning experience with strong techniques and analysis.
• Ability to lead a planning team across multiple projects; strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Schedule large-scale data center projects using Primavera P6 and create timelines.
• Analyze project documents to identify impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain baseline schedules with S-curves and reporting formats.
• Develop project procedures including WBS and progress measurement methods.
• Prepare reports on progress, critical paths, deviations and forecasts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure schedule changes are integrated.
• Build relationships with clients through regular meetings and reports.
