VERNE in Paris is seeking a motivated Project Planner with a solid background in MEP systems to assist in planning, monitoring design, and overseeing construction of large-scale data centres across France. Based in Paris, the role includes full training and professional development within a fast-growing team.

You will create, maintain, and optimise complex project schedules, collaborate with development, project management, and design teams, and provide forecasts for resource needs to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ME/EE or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP in data centre environments.
• Experience with data centre operations preferred.
• Proficient with planning software (Asta Powerproject, BIM, Primavera P6) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop client schedules from initial concept design through to contract issue.
• Review and comment on contractor and subcontractor schedules.
• Develop 4D schedules from 3D models.
• Support coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful execution of data centre projects.
• Help oversee progress of CSA Fit Out & MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Produce comprehensive progress reports, including dashboards using Power BI.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, specifications, and reports.

What you will be doing

As a Project Planner you willbe responsible forthe creation, management, and optimisation of project schedules to keep complex design programmes on track. Working in close collaboration with thedevelopment,
projectmanagementand design teams, you willmonitorthe progress of tasks,maintainthe programme to the latest information, and provide forecasts for future resource needs.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Detailed knowledge of MEP systems and their application in data centre environments.

• Strong desireto learn and develop skills in data centre planning and management.

• Proficiencyin using planning and design software (Asta Powerproject BIM and Primavera P6) is a plus.

• Experience with data centre operations or other mission-critical environments.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, IEEE).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively alone or in a team-oriented environment.
