SCINTIL Photonics is seeking a PIC Wafer Process Integration Engineer to lead qualification, optimization, and industrialization of the PIC manufacturing platform. You will work with external foundries and R&D partners to drive process integration across the full wafer fabrication flow, from materials to laser reliability, with a focus on FA, DOE, and statistical data analysis.

This role bridges technology development and production ramp-up over the next three years, requiring collaboration

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in process integration (PIC, semiconductor, or MEMS)
Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE)
Experience with risk analysis methodologies (e.g., FMEA)
Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Responsabilités

Monitor and drive wafer qualification and production lots with external foundries.
Define and execute qualification, characterization, corner lot, and reliability plans.
Analyze wafer, device, reliability, and yield data using statistical methods and DOE.
Lead root-cause investigations and Failure Analysis on photonic devices and lasers.
Correlate fabrication processes with device performance and laser reliability to improve yield.
Collaborate with design, test, operations, purchasing, and foundry partners on qualification reports and risk reduction.
