Parametric SAS, part of Morgan Stanley, is seeking a Vice President of Physical Assets Portfolio Management in Paris. The role leads the day-to-day management of equities physical replication programs, coordinating across markets and instruments, including ETFs, futures, swaps and options.

This role requires a 7+ year track record in physical replication, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. Travel for onsite meetings is possible, with a hybrid work arrangement in Paris.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance/ Investments Management.
• 7+ years’ experience in physical replication.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• In-depth understanding of cross-asset execution and ETFs.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of equities physical replication programs.
• Execute across equities, fixed income and FX markets; ETF vehicles.
• Develop monitoring and reconciliation tools for portfolios.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, valuation agents, custodians, trustees, auditors.
• Update marketing and investment reporting.
• Identify efficiency and risk-control improvements in implementation.
