Job summary

EverAI, a leading AI company, is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing role to own paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You will iterate quickly on creatives, audiences, and funnels while aligning with a growth-focused CMO. The role offers remote work and exposure to global markets.

You will test new channels, optimize CAC/LTV, and scale campaigns to hit ambitious user acquisition targets while leveraging data-driven decision making and internal dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.

Responsibilities

• Campaign ownership and scaling across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with content/product teams to launch and optimize landing pages.
