IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a Senior Paid Campaign Specialist in Paris to own and optimize paid campaigns across channels, driving pipeline and measurable impact. You will repurpose content, manage distribution, and partner with product and sales to align campaigns with business goals.

You will work with AI tools to automate reporting, QA, and optimization workflows, while delivering data-driven insights to improve performance in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth and/or paid marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B tech.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to streamline marketing ops and campaign reporting.
• Proven track record with organic and paid social campaigns, esp. LinkedIn.
• Experience with marketing automation workflows and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Own IQM's paid campaigns across channels and optimize distribution.
• Collaborate with content/product marketing, sales, and leadership to drive pipeline.
• Track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to build efficient workflows and improve ROI.
