SEPHORA is seeking a senior Packaging Engineer to lead a portfolio of packaging projects from concept through qualification, partnering with Marketing, Creative, and external suppliers. You will ensure on-time delivery with high quality and manage a team of packaging engineers in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in technical packaging within the beauty industry, a Scientific Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in technical packaging role within Beauty.
• Academic background in packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving project pipeline with accountability.
• Ability to travel when required and fluent in English.
