Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of development projects in the Makeup division. You will coordinate Marketing, Formula, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and external subcontractors.

You will drive launch schedules, feasibility studies, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, acting as interface and facilitator across teams to ensure successful market launches.

Qualifications

• Five-year engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.
• More than six years of project management experience in product development.
• Knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools in cosmetics/food sectors is preferred.
• Dynamic, analytical, and flexible profile with strong leadership and communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and monitor launch schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage projects from marketing brief to market launch, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Study feasibility, identify risks, and define action plans.
• Bring together operational and marketing experts for project success.
• Organize and lead project follow-up and feasibility meetings with stakeholders.
• Present and propose solutions for at-risk projects at Management Committee meetings.
• Support continuous improvement of project management methods and tools.
• Conduct launch reviews and propose new processes and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional and strategic projects when identified.
