Infinity Global in Paris is seeking a Senior Packaging Development Manager to lead technical packaging development for luxury retail programs and to serve as the technical backbone of our European Product Development team. This hands-on role focuses on materials, structural design, and manufacturing processes, with cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, quality, and client teams.

You will mentor colleagues, translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in packaging or related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years in packaging product development with luxury packaging experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
• Experience with luxury retail or premium packaging suppliers.
• Fluent English; French or other European languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD familiarity a plus.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times a month across Europe and Asia.

Responsabilités

• Lead packaging technical development from concept through production for luxury programs.
• Evaluate materials, structures, and processes to meet client requirements, sustainability goals, and cost targets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during sampling, prototyping, and start-up with suppliers.
• Build a culture of technical knowledge-sharing across the NPD function.
• Partner with sourcing, quality, account management, and production teams for coordinated program execution.
