Sephora Collection, part of the LVMH Group, seeks an experienced packaging specialist to lead technical packaging initiatives within a fast-moving beauty environment. You will collaborate across Marketing, Formula development, and Procurement to ensure viable, cost-conscious designs and successful scale-up.

The role requires a strong background in packaging with at least seven years in the field, and willingness to travel as needed to contract manufacturers and supplier sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical packaging roles, ideally in the Beauty industry.
• Academic background as specified (packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering or related).
• Ability to operate in fast-moving projects and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Marketing and Formula development on briefs, advising on feasible designs and cost targets.
• Work with Procurement to meet briefs while maintaining gross margins.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide project feasibility (function, manufacturability, tooling costs, timing).
• Oversee tooling development, validate drawings, and provide printing area guidance.
• Establish homologation plans and perform necessary testing to verify success criteria.
• Lead aesthetic development (color matching, decoration) and approve artwork files.
• Manage industrialization and line trials at contract manufacturers to ensure quality.
