PayFit Ltd. is seeking a Senior Organic Growth Expert to accelerate global organic growth across markets. You will own SEO and GEO strategy, guiding initiatives from discovery to execution, and work across Content, Product Marketing, Tech and Data teams to maximize visibility and revenue.

You will lead cross-functional projects, optimize technical and content-driven growth, and explore AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and results while collaborating closely with local market teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in SEO/GEO, organic growth or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop Payfit’s global organic growth strategy and roadmap (SEO and GEO).
• Identify growth opportunities aligned with Revenue, Product Marketing and Content priorities.
• Define priorities, track performance and measure business impact across markets.
