PayFit is seeking a Senior Organic Growth Expert to accelerate our global organic growth with a deep focus on SEO, GEO, and technical optimization. Payfit offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in France, with the expectation that you will work from our Paris office one to two days per month. We're looking for someone available to join us as soon as possible, full-time.#### Role overviewAs Senior Organic Growth Expert, you will join Payfit's Growth team and own the acceleration of our organic growth across markets, increasing Payfit’s visibility, acquisition and business performance.The Growth team sits at the intersection of acquisition, website experience, experimentation, technology and conversion, with the objective of turning Payfit's digital presence into a scalable growth engine.Within this team, you will be the organic growth expert, bringing deep SEO and GEO expertise.This is a strategic, cross-functional and highly autonomous role. You will lead projects from opportunity identification to implementation and measurement, with the ability to deliver significant short- and medium-term impact.You will work closely with the Content Growth Lead, Product Marketing, Field teams, Tech, Data, Affiliate, PR teams. The role covers the broader organic growth ecosystem, including SEO, GEO, content, technical web performance, link building, affiliate and AI-powered workflows.#### Key responsibilities##### Organic growth strategy & performance* Own and develop Payfit’s global organic growth strategy and roadmap (SEO and GEO).* Identify growth opportunities aligned with Revenue, Product Marketing and Content priorities.* Define priorities, track performance and measure business impact across markets. Monitor organic traffic, rankings and visibility in AI-generated answers and organic revenue metrics (MQL > Pipeline > MRR)* Coordinate with the SEO agency and relevant internal stakeholders.* Lead high-impact projects independently, from strategy to execution and results analysis.##### Content, GEO & authority growth* Partner with the Content Growth Lead, who owns content strategy, planning and production, to define SEO/GEO priorities by market and content type, including evergreen content, hot content and interactive tools.* Develop scalable content and programmatic growth initiatives.* Lead Payfit’s GEO strategy to improve visibility in AI-generated answers.* Develop the link-building strategy to strengthen Payfit’s authority and organic visibility.* Continuously explore emerging organic acquisition channels and changes in search behaviour.##### Technical organic growth* Act as the organic growth expert within the Growth team for technical web initiatives impacting discoverability, acquisition or user experience.* Work directly with developers and other Growth Experience disciplines on topics including: + crawlability and indexation + rendering and website performance + structured data + internal linking + information architecture* Lead technical SEO/GEO audits, identify opportunities and translate findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations.* Ensure organic growth considerations are integrated early into website, product and platform projects rather than addressed after launch.* Monitor technical health and proactively identify risks or opportunities affecting organic performance.##### AI workflows & automation* Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve content production, optimisation, monitoring and quality control like Programmatic Content.* Work with Tech and Data teams to integrate AI agents into organic growth processes.* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce reliance on manual or external processes..* Establish appropriate quality controls to ensure AI-supported initiatives remain accurate, useful and aligned with Payfit's standards.##### CMS & execution* Be comfortable implementing and updating pages directly within Payfit's CMS when required to accelerate organic growth initiatives and experimentation.* Build or adapt scalable page structures, templates and content models in collaboration with Growth, Content and Tech teams.* Enable Content and Marketing teams with SEO/GEO guidelines, tooling and best practices so that organic growth principles can scale across the organisation.#### This role is for you if you have...* **French: native*** **English: full professional proficiency (C1/Advanced)*** **5-8+ years of experience in SEO/GEO, organic growth or a related field, with strong technical SEO/GEO expertise.*** A strategic and entrepreneurial data driven mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities and turn them into impactful projects.* Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership from strategy through to execution.* Experience delivering projects with measurable short- and medium-term impact.* Comfortable working directly with developers and technical teams.* Experience working with a CMS and implementing or updating web pages independently.* Experience or strong interest in link building, digital PR and affiliate partnerships.* Strong interest in AI-powered workflows and automation.* Excellent analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.#### **Interview process :**1.
