Suntory Beverage & Food France is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead and coordinate the OE programme at the Donnery manufacturing site in France.

You will drive the deployment of the factory’s OE roadmap, lead strategic improvement projects, and support the evolution of the OE organisation and its operating model across sites. Fluent French and English are required, with strong change management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven TPM deployment experience across complex industrial sites.
• Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Ability to influence across functions and break down silos.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the Operational Excellence programme at the Donnery site.
• Drive deployment of the factory's OE roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead improvement initiatives based on loss intelligence and performance analysis.
• Develop the DOJO to support capability building and standardized training.
• Drive Gemba Digitalization to boost productivity using data analytics.
• Act as change agent, fostering an OE culture across the factory.
• Guide and support factory teams to strengthen OE capabilities across the organization.
• Promote collaboration across functions and sites and share best practices.
• Partner with leadership and international teams to improve performance.
