Pernod Ricard SA is seeking a Global Head of Crystal and Operational Excellence to lead regional OpEx across our manufacturing network in Europe and globally. Based in Paris, you will champion lean standards and drive efficiency improvements while coaching factory managers and OpEx teams.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing Directors and VPs to define strategic plans, oversee startup projects, and report progress to the Brands Units Director.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles (TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience leading start-ups of production lines or plant integrations.
• Ability to own and co-build Manufacturing Strategic Plans.
• Hands-on experience in loss/waste diagnostics and productivity gains.
• Strong leadership across regions and cross-functional teams.
• Natural coach who elevates local teams' capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a network of Regional OpEx Managers and start-up resources.
• Develop and implement operational excellence standards and lean practices.
• Consolidate efficiencies across regions and ensure consistency.
• Mentor factory managers and OpEx managers for effective execution.
• Oversee start-up activities to launch new projects and innovations.
• Provide progress updates to senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Drive regional manufacturing strategy with Directors and VPs.
• Monitor and report performance of OpEx initiatives.
