Job summary

Anotech Energy is seeking a Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer to coordinate offshore pre-commissioning activities across pipelines, subsea systems, and offshore facilities. You will work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning and client teams to ensure readiness and safe execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning or Offshore Operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience on offshore pipeline, subsea or SURF projects.
• Proven experience leading pre-commissioning activities and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate offshore pre-commissioning campaigns.
• Supervise subcontractors performing pre-commissioning operations.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
• Review client specifications, project requirements and technical documentation.
• Prepare and validate pre-commissioning procedures, method statements and execution plans.
• Coordinate and monitor hydrotesting, pigging, dewatering and drying activities.
• Coordinate system turnover and handover to commissioning teams.
