Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Pre-commissioning Engineer to coordinate pre-commissioning activities for offshore projects, including pipeline operations, testing, and equipment mobilisation. The role requires hands-on collaboration with the project team and client, with offshore travel possible.

The candidate will review client documents, participate in risk workshops, and help prepare technical and commercial proposals, while ensuring compliance with safety and OGUK standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• BOSIET + CA-EBS certification (OPITO certified) mandatory.
• Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) OGUK certified mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project manager and client to deliver pre-commissioning services.
• Engage in review of client technical documents, risk workshops, and proposals.
• Mobilise equipment and supervise pre-commissioning activities on vessels or sites.
• Liaise with clients during engineering and execution phases to ensure alignment.
• Capture and share knowledge on advances in the oil and gas industry.
