Anotech Energy is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join the Contract Management team in France. The role covers reviewing contractor claims, assessing entitlement and impacts, drafting notices and amendments in English and French, and maintaining contract documentation.

You will support negotiation strategies, manage invoices, and advise project teams on contractual matters across offshore projects.

Qualifikationen

• Between 7 and 10 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Engineering or Commercial Project Management.
• Proven experience in Offshore, Marine Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy or Subsea projects.
• Strong background managing EPC or EPCIC contracts during project execution.
• Experience working on offshore platforms, offshore substations, FPSO, FLNG or similar industrial projects.
• Exposure to Detailed Design, Construction, Transportation & Installation (T&I), Certification and Commissioning phases.

Aufgaben

• Review contractor claims, notices and change requests.
• Assess contractual entitlement as well as associated cost and schedule impacts.
• Support the preparation of negotiation strategies and commercial discussions.
• Draft contractual correspondence, notices, amendments and contract modifications in both English and French.
• Maintain contract registers and ensure proper contractual document management.
• Support invoice reviews and contract administration activities.
• Advise project teams on contractual matters and contract interpretation.
• Participate in contractual and commercial meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support the identification and mitigation of contractual risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and practices.
