Qualifications include 8+ years in nuclear projects, familiarity with NRC NEPA, and a PMP or equivalent certification. This role emphasizes collaboration with utilities, regulators, and public entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 8+ years in nuclear projects or large-scale siting.
• Master's degree in a technical or management discipline.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with NRC siting criteria and NEPA compliance.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated siting program for Natrium projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee site characterization scope including geology, hydrology, and seismology.
• Coordinate input from internal experts and external consultants.
• Support documentation for NRC early site permits and regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with government entities, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, decision matrices, and tracking tools.
• Prepare regular program reports and leadership briefings.
