Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end reactor development and deployment programs, interfacing engineering, regulatory affairs, and business teams to deliver safe, carbon-free energy.

Based in NYC with hybrid on-site/remote flexibility, you will build schedules, manage risks, prepare executive reports, and coordinate with vendors and regulators to advance ambitious nuclear projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years leading complex programs.
• Experience in highly regulated or capital-intensive industries.

Role Overview:

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, regulatory affairs, and business strategy, supporting the commercialization of advanced nuclear technologies designed to deliver safe, reliable, carbon-free energy to critical industries worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end execution of reactor development and deployment projects, from engineering and design through licensing, testing, manufacturing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate across engineering, regulatory, operations, supply chain, legal, and business development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Support reactor licensing, product development, testing, and commercialization efforts.
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve project roadblocks, and proactively manage project risks.
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations for leadership, investors, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external vendors, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Help establish scalable project management processes, tools, and best practices as our client continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in nuclear energy is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs or projects.
• Strong ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in highly regulated, capital-intensive, or technology-driven industries.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
