The Council of Europe Development Bank is implementing Murex MX.3 as its new Capital Markets System. The Murex Migration Lead will own end-to-end migration strategy from legacy systems to MX.3, ensuring data integrity and business continuity in a complex multi-country environment.

You will work across Front Office, Risk, Finance and IT, coordinating with implementation partners to deliver a secure, traceable transition and participate in mock conversions, tests and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Murex MX.3 architecture and data model knowledge.
• Experience with migration tooling, data mapping and validation.
• Experience with large-volume financial data migration.
• Experience in governance, risk and Agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end migration strategy to MX.3 from legacy systems.
• Lead data migration of trades, reference data, and settlements.
• Establish rules, mapping, validation and data-quality controls.
• Coordinate mock conversions, tests, go-live and stabilisation.
