Alma is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to own ML products end-to-end, splitting time between developing models and the platform that runs them. You will manage full lifecycle ML workflows, from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions across risk and operations teams.

You will work with Python, SQL, and modern ML tooling in a hybrid role, joining a small autonomous team that values ownership, experimentation, and clean, production-ready code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping ML in production.
• Strong Python and SQL, with solid ML fundamentals.
• Hybrid MLOps and infrastructure experience (data pipelines, monitoring, design).
• Professional English and working proficiency in French.

Responsabilités

• Own ML models across their full lifecycle—from data pipelines and feature engineering to training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Run and improve our ML platform: manage GitOps CI/CD, monitor endpoints, latency and load, define SLOs and alerts.
• Collaborate with risk, operations and product teams to identify and ship ML opportunities and translate them into production features.
