Perion Network Ltd. is seeking a hands-on ML Engineer for Outmax, the intelligence layer above ad buying platforms. You will work on production-grade ML pipelines that improve campaign KPI performance for brand and agency clients.

Based in Montpellier or Paris with flexible remote options, you will own features end-to-end in a small team, ship to production, and directly impact real campaigns through statistical rigor, ML pipelines, and backend services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience combining machine learning, data science, or backend engineering at an intermediate to senior level.
• Strong Python skills with production-ready code.
• Solid grounding in statistics and ML, including model building and evaluation.
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end in a small team.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy bid optimization ML pipelines feeding ad buying platforms, full lifecycle from design to production.
• Design statistical frameworks to evaluate and improve KPI performance for brands and agencies.
• Develop production-grade backend services to expose ML outputs via API.
• Wire MCP servers to extend Outmax's offering with new data sources and actions.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation to deployment in production.
