Doctrine is building Europe’s leading legal AI platform and seeking a confirmed/senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Scribe team in France, Italy, and Germany. You will develop NLP models, deploy them in production, and design conversational agents to accelerate legal drafting across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work with engineers, product managers, and designers, using NodeJS, NestJS, React, and NextJS, with a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation.
• Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes (Elasticsearch).
• Solid understanding of MLOps challenges and production deployment.
• Strong Python development skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop NLP models to assist information search and recommendations within legal documents.
• Maintain and monitor models in production.
• Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' drafting tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify new features.
• Contribute to engineering strategy and share knowledge across teams.
