Doctrine is hiring a senior/fullstack engineer to help build the first legal intelligence platform. You will join the “Scribe” team to revolutionize legal drafting across France, Italy, and Germany, deploying cutting‑edge AI solutions where lawyers work.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product designers, building reusable components, and contributing to engineering strategy in an agile environment. A strong focus on quality and UX is required.

Qualifications

• Strong command of TypeScript (Node and React).
• Knowledge in Machine Learning is a plus.
• Strong focus on quality: best practices, testing, CI/CD, reliability and availability.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, with a strong product and UX mindset.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge, collaborating, and giving constructive feedback.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with product designers and product managers to design the best possible user experiences.
• Build reusable components used across all our product teams.
• Develop products at the intersection of Web technologies and Machine Learning.
• Help disseminate our internal best practices and actively contribute to our Engineering strategy.
