Doctrine is hiring a Junior/Intermediate Machine Learning Engineer to help build Europe's leading legal AI platform in Paris. You will develop NLP models and design conversational agents for legal tasks, focusing on French documents and high accuracy.

Join a cross-functional Web chapter, collaborate with engineers, PMs and designers, and contribute to embedding GenAI into our products. Previous law experience not required, but eagerness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ML (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation.
• Strong understanding of MLOps challenges and deployment.
• Interest in artificial intelligence topics and latest research.
• Desire to identify and deploy advances in production.
• Strong Python development skills focusing on algorithms.

Responsabilités

• Develop NLP models to assist information search and recommendation within legal documents.
• Maintain and monitor models in production.
• Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers’ work and drafting tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and designers to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering strategy.
