Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will lead the training of cutting-edge large language models, teaching them step-by-step reasoning, tool use, and reliable decision making in real-world scenarios.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (10-40 hours/week). You will work asynchronously, contribute senior-level architectural insight, and help shape how next-generation AI models reason and behave in practice.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on experience in ML/AI, including LLM-related tasks.
• Ability to design and document reasoning workflows for complex tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate results clearly.

• Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces showing how an LLM plans and uses tools.
• Design and document structured reasoning workflows for real-world tasks.
• Review and mentor reasoning trace quality for clarity and logical consistency.
• Develop data strategies to guide LLMs through multi-step problem solving.
• Apply architectural insight to ensure data drives reliable model behavior.
