Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on R&D experience in microbiology settings.
• Strong ability to design, validate, and iterate experimental workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret complex datasets and write SOPs.

Responsabilités

• You will design, execute, and iterate microbiology workflows.
• You will manage clinical isolate intake and establish culture conditions.
• You will build and own quality control infrastructure for all strains.
• You will write, validate, and iterate SOPs across workflows.
• You will oversee consumables and equipment maintenance scheduling.
• You will collaborate with ML, biophotonics, and data science teams to design protocols.
