A global project management consultancy is seeking a Senior MEP Cost Manager to analyze and manage project costs effectively. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in cost management, ideally within data centers, and is fluent in French. Qualifications

• Experience from a consultancy background.
• RICS chartered or pursuing chartership.
• Ability to manage project costs effectively.
• French-speaking required.
• Data centres experience preferred.
• Degree or equivalent in construction, business, finance or related field.

Responsabilités

• Analyse cost reports and review with senior management.
• Conduct budget preparation and detailed cost modelling.
• Manage project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors.
• Oversee and provide guidance on commercial change management and change evaluation efforts.
• Oversee the RFPs through to procurement for project services and products.
• Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts.
• Review analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis.

The Opportunity

Role

• Analyse cost reports and regularly review with senior management
• Conduct budget preparation including detailed cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, and reviews with senior management
• Manage project costs against budget throughout your project, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost saving initiatives to increase client value
• Monitor the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors
• Oversee and provide guidance on commercial change management and change evaluation efforts
• Oversee the RFPs through to procurement for project services and products
• Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts
• Review analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis

• Have M&E Cost Manager experience from a consultancy background
• Are RICS chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help
• Have experience leading projects
