Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (mechanical/biomechanical) or manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably in packaging engineering or biomechanical testing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through release.
• Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging and actively participate in cross-functional teams to advance projects through design, development, and product launch.
• Integrate new products into packaging systems following acquisitions.
• Develop prototypes for design verification and validation.
• Collaborate with clinical advisors to gather input on design and evaluation of new packaging.
• Apply and manage design controls; write technical reports.
