Agoda is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the partnership marketing function with full P&L ownership. You will manage a small team, shape strategy, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires building dashboards, advanced analytics, and strong stakeholder management across partner and Agoda teams to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Familiarity with performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Experience leading teams and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Development: mentor 2-3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Strategic Marketing Leadership & P&L Ownership: define strategy and optimize investment to hit partnership goals.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and guide channel strategies.
• Analytics Strategy & Insights: define analytics roadmap, write SQL queries, and synthesize insights for executives.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: present quarterly reviews and align with senior leadership.
