Agoda in Paris is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Performance Marketing partnership, owning P&L, guiding a small team, and shaping strategic marketing direction for multi-brand partnerships. You will drive data-driven decisions, manage cross-functional stakeholders, optimize channels, and align marketing plans with revenue goals across global markets.

Requirements include 7-10+ years in marketing/analytics, SQL proficiency, and experimentation design.

Qualifications

7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Experience with digital marketing channels and marketing analytics tools.
Leadership experience with 5+ years people management.
Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Knowledge of experimentation design and statistical analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
Set overall marketing strategy and ROI targets; optimize investments.
Lead and develop a team of 2-3 marketing specialists.
Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
Monitor channel health and drill into anomalies or opportunities.
Present quarterly business reviews to leadership and align plans with revenue goals.
