Agoda is seeking a senior Data Analyst in Paris to lead data-driven decision-making for the Performance Marketing Team. You will analyze large datasets, work with SQL and Tableau, and collaborate across Marketing and product teams to optimize flights and other channels.

The role requires 8+ years in data analytics, a strong business sense, and excellent communication. You will mentor analysts and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analyst roles or big data projects.
• Experience in tech, ecommerce or digital marketing contexts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define data strategies and drive analytics for marketing initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end analyses of large datasets to inform channel growth and optimization.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) and translate results into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply teams to identify opportunities.
• Monitor performance, report findings to stakeholders, and support decision-making.
