EFESO Management Consultants in Paris is seeking a Senior Manager / Principal to steer industrial strategy, operations transformation and value creation initiatives. You will lead high-impact transformation programs and partner with CEOs and business leaders to define strategic directions and deliver measurable results.

In this role you will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, drive business development and lead consulting teams while contributing to EFESO's thought

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations or transformation consulting.
• Strong expertise in industrial, manufacturing, supply chain or performance improvement topics.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen.
• Outstanding analytical, communication and leadership skills.
