Magellan is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to provide advisory and expertise across the product value chain and adjacent domains, leveraging Digital Twins, Generative AI, and Low-code/No-code.

You will lead consulting engagements, ensure quality and budget adherence, and facilitate client workshops and governance meetings. From the Manager grade onward, you will contribute to commercial action plans and engagement oversight at our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience across the product value chain (engineering, planning, production, operations) and adjacent domains (maintenance, logistics).
• Ability to lead and deliver consulting engagements with quality, budget adherence and timelines.
• Facilitate workshops and governance meetings with clients.

The Manufacturing sector is undergoing a phase of continuous innovation driven by digital transformation, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code, and Digital Twins. This role is aimed at an experienced Manufacturing Manager, capable of bringing expertise across the product value chain (engineering, planning, production) and adjacent domains (maintenance, logistics).

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Manufacturing Manager (M/F), working directly with the client, you provide the advisory and expertise required to contribute to the organisation's challenges with impact.

• Develop and carry expertise across the product value chain (engineering, planning, production, operations) and adjacent domains (maintenance, logistics), taking into account major technological shifts (Digital Twins, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code)
• Lead, oversee, and deliver consulting engagements: ensure deliverable quality, budget adherence, and timeline compliance
• Facilitate business workshops and governance meetings with the client
• Manage priorities and the client relationship
• Contribute to the development of the Manufacturing offering, leveraging the group's expertise and synergies
• Contribute to sector action plans: Capitalisation, Commerce, Offerings, Innovation, Benchmarking
• From the Manager grade onwards, contribute to commercial action plans and engagement oversight at our clients
