Brunello Cucinelli boutique in Paris seeks an experienced Tailor to manage in-store alterations and MTM project with meticulous care for luxury craftsmanship. You will collaborate with sales and HQ to ensure brand-aligned quality and timely delivery, while maintaining boutique standards and client confidentiality.

Ideal candidates offer extensive high-end tailoring experience, advanced sewing skills, and excellent communication abilities in French and English, with travel if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-end tailoring within luxury boutiques or ateliers.
• Strong expertise in formal menswear construction and garment alteration.
• Advanced use of sewing machines (lockstitch and overlock) and pressing techniques.
• Proven ability to evaluate and execute alterations on finished garments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented with flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Identify and execute alterations while preserving garment structure and brand identity.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of tailoring activities.
• Support sales team during fittings and client appointments.
• Take accurate measurements for MTM (Sartoria Solomeo).
• Coordinate external tailoring partners to ensure quality compliance.
• Perform final garment inspection before delivery to client.
• Maintain organization, tools, and workspace according to company standards.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling client garments.
