Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; luxury retail experience of at least 4 years.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with discerning clientele.
• Strong grooming and professional presentation in a luxury boutique environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an elevated customer experience and embody the brand philosophy in every client interaction.
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and guide clients through the collection and craftsmanship.
• Utilise clienteling, CRM and build long-term relationships to grow boutique portfolio.
• Collaborate with Store Management on operations, stock presentation and visual standards.
• Support boutique targets and contribute to team development and customer satisfaction.
