Brunello Cucinelli in Paris seeks a Department Manager to lead the store team, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and act as a reference point for customers in line with our brand philosophy.

The role requires the ability to coach staff, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with HQ on events and CRM initiatives. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with additional languages considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years in Luxury Retail with proven management experience.
• Requires strong business acumen and customer understanding.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the sales team on the shop floor to drive targets and service excellence.
• Ensure customer service and selling ceremony align with brand guidelines.
• Organize events and trunk shows to acquire new customers and build CRM actions.
• Coordinate with Store Management and HQ, and report on opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain Visual Guidelines and product knowledge updates for the team.
• Support stock team during inventories and ensure store operations follow HQ guidelines.
