The Tailor is responsible for managing all in-store tailoring activities within the Boutique, ensuring alterations are executed to the highest standards of quality, precision, and timing.
The role contributes directly to client satisfaction by supporting the sales team and ensuring product excellence in line with brand standards. In addition, the Tailor actively supports the Sartoria Solomeo Made-to-Measure (MTM) project, taking accurate measurements and overseeing the process with great attention to detail, while maintaining close collaboration with the Headquarters to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
