Alan is hiring for a Senior Pre-Sales role based in Paris or Île-de-France. You will strengthen Enterprise and Public sector Sales by understanding client needs, articulating how Alan’s platform addresses them, and guiding complex customer onboarding with internal teams. Expect collaboration with Sales, Insurance and Product experts.

You’ll join a high-growth, customer‑facing function, travel flexibility for key meetings, and a culture focused on learning, coaching, and equity-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, including at least 3 in a Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consultant role.
• Strong listening and requirements elicitation to identify root causes.
• Assertive and able to handle objections in complex environments.
• Skilled at pitching a product with transparency and avoiding oversell.
• Ability to break down complex issues and define product solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management across senior levels.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Master Alan's platform and support Sales with insights, expertise and tools.
• Listen to prospects and map their needs to Alan's offerings.
• Understand prospect alignment with our capabilities and provide solutions.
• Contribute to RFP submissions with Sales, Insurance and Product experts.
• Guide customers along the acquisition journey and advocate for their needs.
