PROPHESEE, based in Paris, seeks a senior hands-on IT professional to own and secure the company’s IT environment. You will manage cloud and on‑premise systems, IAM (SSO, MFA), Google Workspace, and monitoring to ensure availability and security.

This role emphasizes documentation, runbooks, and governance, while coordinating external providers and driving infrastructure hardening in a fast‑moving Deep Tech company.

Qualificações

• Strong, hands-on experience managing and improving corporate IT infrastructure and operations. Ability to balance day-to-day operational excellence with longer-term infrastructure improvements.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, OIDC/SAML, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access and account governance.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the company IT infrastructure and operational environment.
• Maintain and improve cloud and on-premise systems and services.
• Ensure availability, reliability, maintainability and security of IT services.
• Manage identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and privileged access.
• Administer or supervise Microsoft Entra ID and related identity technologies.
• Administer or supervise Google Workspace, including users, groups, Gmail, Drive, sharing policies, security settings and account lifecycle management.
• Manage technical identities, certificates, secrets and access rights.
• Apply infrastructure and system hardening practices and contribute to IT security policies.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, backup, restoration and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Manage IT incidents and maintain documented recovery procedures.
• Maintain architecture, operating procedures and runbooks.
• Coordinate external IT providers and suppliers, and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer.
