74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, is hiring a Senior IT Budget Specialist to lead IT budgeting, FinOps optimization, and governance across cloud services. You will develop forecasts, dashboards, and cost controls while partnering with finance, procurement, and regional IT teams to drive efficiency.

The role focuses on cloud spend optimization (AWS/Azure/GCP), data-driven insights with Power BI, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT financial management, budgeting, or cost optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with FinOps principles and cloud cost management tools (CloudHealth, Cloudability, AWS Cost Explorer).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Support IT management in budgets; forecast and analyze variances.
• Operations: Monitor IT expenditures vs budgets; assist procurement processes.
• FinOps & Cost Optimization: Implement FinOps; optimize cloud and AI spend; partner with teams.
• Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards/reports; trend analysis; support chargeback/showback.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish financial governance; ensure ITIL/compliance.
