74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, is hiring a Senior IT Budget Specialist to lead IT budgeting, FinOps optimization, and governance across cloud services. You will develop forecasts, dashboards, and cost controls while partnering with finance, procurement, and regional IT teams to drive efficiency.

The role focuses on cloud spend optimization (AWS/Azure/GCP), data-driven insights with Power BI, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT financial management, budgeting, or cost optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with FinOps principles and cloud cost management tools (CloudHealth, Cloudability, AWS Cost Explorer).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Budgeting & Financial Planning:Support the IT Management team in developing and managing annual IT budgets, including infrastructure, software, and cloud services.Lead forecasting and variance analysis for IT projects and operational costs.

Operations:Monitor and reconcile IT expenditures against approved budgets.Occasionally support the Senior Purchasing Specialist on procurement process execution

FinOps & Cost Optimization:Implement and mature FinOps practices to optimize cloud spending across AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as AI related spendings with multiple suppliers in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.Analyze usage patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT infrastructure and regional teams to ensure cost governance and accountability.

Advanced Analytics & Reporting:Build and maintain dashboards and reports for IT financial performance using PowerBI.Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights for cost control and efficiency.Support chargeback/showback models for business units.

Governance & Compliance:Establish financial governance frameworks for IT and cloud services.Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT financial management, budgeting, or cost optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Proven experience with FinOps principles and cloud cost management tools (CloudHealth, Cloudability, AWS Cost Explorer).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar certification.
• Familiarity with ITSM and cloud governance frameworks.
• Experience with automation and scripting for financial reporting.

Responsabilités

Budgétisation et Planification Financière

• Accompagner l’équipe de management IT dans l’élaboration et le suivi des budgets annuels IT, incluant les infrastructures, les logiciels et les services cloud.
• Piloter les activités de prévision budgétaire (forecast) et d’analyse des écarts pour les projets IT et les coûts opérationnels.

Opérations

• Suivre et rapprocher les dépenses IT par rapport aux budgets approuvés.
• Apporter ponctuellement un soutien au Senior Purchasing Specialist dans l’exécution des processus d’achats.

FinOps et Optimisation des Coûts

• Mettre en place et faire évoluer les pratiques FinOps afin d’optimiser les dépenses cloud sur AWS, Azure et GCP, ainsi que les dépenses liées à l’intelligence artificielle auprès de multiples fournisseurs dans un environnement en constante évolution.
• Analyser les modèles de consommation et identifier des opportunités de réduction des coûts.
• Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Achats, Infrastructure IT et les équipes régionales afin de garantir une gouvernance efficace des coûts et une responsabilisation des parties prenantes.

Analyse Avancée et Reporting

• Concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord et rapports de performance financière IT à l’aide de Power BI.
• Réaliser des analyses de tendances et fournir des recommandations concrètes pour améliorer le contrôle des coûts et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des modèles de refacturation (chargeback) et de visibilité des coûts (showback) auprès des différentes entités métiers.

Gouvernance et Conformité

• Définir et mettre en place des cadres de gouvernance financière pour les services IT et cloud.
• Veiller au respect des politiques financières de l’entreprise ainsi que des bonnes pratiques ITIL.

Qualifications:

• Diplôme Bac+3/5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Informatique ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
• 5+ ans d’expérience en gestion financière IT, budgétisation ou optimisation des coûts.
• Excellentes capacités analytiques avec une forte maîtrise d’Excel, Power BI ou outils équivalents.
• Expérience avérée des principes FinOps et des outils de gestion des coûts cloud (CloudHealth, Cloudability, AWS Cost Explorer).
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.

Qualifications appréciées:

• Certification FinOps Certified Practitioner ou équivalent.
• Connaissance des frameworks ITSM et de la gouvernance cloud.
• Expérience en automatisation et scripting pour le reporting financier.
