Job summary
Siplec is seeking a Senior IT Management Controller to support the financial management of the IT department and related transversal functions. You will provide accurate financial analysis, cost visibility, and budget oversight to strengthen closing processes and IT budget trajectory.
You will partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, accounting, and finance within the Finance and General Secretariat division, contributing to advisory support, KPI reporting, and management reporting
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bac+5 in business/management control or equivalent.
- 5+ years in IT management control or large IT department.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid accounting knowledge (Capex/Opex).
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability of close items with accounting and IT teams.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecast updates with domain managers.
- Track IT operating costs and investments including cloud and licenses.
- Analyze invoices (cloud/SaaS/external services) for variances and overspend.
- Identify cost-saving actions and contractual optimizations.
- Explain variances vs. budget and propose corrective actions.
- Design and run performance indicators (build vs run, ROI).
- Produce summaries for leadership, finance, DSO, and business teams.
