Morpho in Paris or remote is seeking a Head of Security to define and drive the company’s security strategy across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, and supplier risk. You will build and lead a security function from the ground up, partnering with Engineering and Integrations while staying hands-on in critical work.

You’ll own incident response, set governance, advance certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and represent Morpho’s posture to fintechs and institutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in security, with leadership experience building a security function.
• Strong grasp of crypto/web3 threat models and security across orgs.
• Proven ability to recruit, grow, and manage a security team.
• Hands-on expertise across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and application security.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve Morpho's security strategy and roadmap across cloud, app, supply-chain, identity, and operations.
• Build and lead the security function: hire, grow, and develop the team across security operations and app security.
• Oversee the IT function and stay hands-on with threat modeling, architecture reviews, controls, and incident command.
• Set the governance architecture and ensure integration of tooling and controls.
• Own end-to-end incident response, runbooks, escalation structure, and external communications.
• Lead counterparty security for partners and practitioners with identity verification and due diligence.
• Drive certification strategy (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and external representations of security posture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Protocol, and Integrations to achieve security outcomes.
